As we are wrapping up for this semester; the exciting  part  in learning about 

Back-linking and exploring  more about why is one of the strongest Google  factors google uses not only to rank your site onto the first page of options for searchers but to categorize your side as an expertise  in the field based on your content and site health status.   

It is well worth the time invest  in cultivating relevant and healthy back links with sites that pair to our level of service and expertise; despite the spamming on backlinks floating the internet  is not worth the risks to  be banned from Google listing by  acquiring  illicit and  irrelevant  links from sites that are in the red alert from Google as is only a matter of time to have those sites censured from becoming part of the Google search directory. After all if our site doesn’t rank on the search directories, is practically invisible and non-existent, the competition is fierce some and the online marketing strategies will change with time as for the  maintenance for a healthy site; will be always an ongoing effort  as this will help to keep our  website on the top ranking as a leader of the selected categories of our service or business. 

The power of social Interconnection despite our differences

We are all Interconnected despite  our differences and cultural beliefs… This week was a fun overview on Social media and Social networking, it might seem to be the same thing but is actually two different aspects on how  effectively bring your brand to the present of your target audience. Social media being the platform for broadcasting your message or business information and Social networking being  the type of program or app being used to communicate with your audience.

 Needless to say, never in history has been possible to reach such a wide audience  practically to any parts of the planet as this cyber  era  which opens opportunities to trades and business ventures with an ample rank of diversity. Coexisting on the social media landscape is a strong interconnection in all this social media platform, well worth to explore and use it to a business advantage.

 By carefully planning  a marketing campaign and launching in a different area of our social network and being engaged in such platforms  in a formal regular basis  will create audience interest and brand awareness which eventually can lead to conversions.

From a well-structured funnel, to a call to action, the visual aesthetics, the trust and reliability testimonials and certifications and a well planned and implemented keyword content all these elements and more will play an important part for your conversions. 

 Search Engine Optimization also known as SEO is also part of that marketing strategy.  A business with an online presence can not afford to skip this important part of their advertisement campaign as doing it so will be flushing money down the drain.  

This week was a deep dive into these  two aspects of Landing page and SEO and the challenge is taken to make my site more dynamic.

This week was  literally our crash curse on ROI & Optimizing google ad performance. 

If you are getting  a lot of traffic to your website   but is not converting, the approach on integrating Google Ads and  Google Analytics is a great assistance in how to determine what is actually working for your business. These two programs combined is one of the most effective ways to maximized return on investment in any business, the data provided on each report and by being aware on   what metrics to focus our attention and keywords will optimize our conversion rate.

By closely observing and tracking this data will give me a deep insight of what to approach my keyword strategy campaign by increased or decreased my bids, keywords that are not profitable have the option to investigate why they are not performing well, how can they be adjusted or possible delete it if needed.

Staying organized from the start as the campaigns  get more complex and more elaborated will be the pivotal turn for a marketing success.

We will be combining both google AdSense with Google Analytics for this project, I had already started  the arduous task of gathering  my business  keywords that will be use in my assignment, working on every single possibility that makes a relevant sense for my google adds to describe what my business is about and what is offering; now polishing to the last and  most relevant keywords  for this campaign. Inundated in words with not directions will soon doom to be drown without ever touch a glimpse of success but  ...

 I found my  compass between the brainstorming process, thankfully It's been a fruitful week in our forum discussions, all students in my group had contributed with their personal perspective on the Google AdSense and Google Analytics program. I am intimidated by the whole concept and overwhelm with the amount of information for this week task. Furthermore, I understand it is a robust platform and a great source of information to gather from the reports.

Self-doubt thoughts will not win.

Talks about the  danger of self-doubt and the way we direct ourselves or express by ourselves will have a long effect in  our own persona.

 Doubts is a mental habit which is  practice will carry on and spread into different areas of our life.  This week  assignments have been a test on how much I believe I can actually build  this ecommerce website, leaning more toward creativity, any technical aspect in my life  needs extra study and effort.

 I was overwhelmed with so much information bombarding my brain at the same time, my approach was to segment the parts of my site that will be part of the store and work on those projects on a time. The brainstorming and selection of my keywords was  causing me great anxiety as my thinking was “ I must have it perfect”; once I let go of such imprisonment words the project flow at much easy. My first AdSense campaing might  not be the perfect or with the most ROI, but the learning process is what really counts here. As multiple ads' can be created and polishing and modifying as ads run, its curse will polish to a more adjustable ad proper for my store.

Even if it feels like a roller coaster starting outside my comfort zone, the ride  doesn’t have to be perfect, as I had learned in the past I just need to do it! You too … In anything that might be intimidating You  in your career, studies or projects, make it happen and enjoy the experience.

How can attract the right crowd?

 

This week we continue working in our keyword strategy for our website, we had reviewed the difference of active keywords and negative keywords which are the ones we would need to set up in our campaign. 

There is a little more to running an advertisement campaign than just plug words that can transform into spammy blurb that can impact our business negatively. All comes to play as in an orchestra from the planning, and development of the website to coordinate our keyword campaign. 

If our keywords don’t reflect what our website is offering or becomes hard to navigate, the amount of money invested on this campaign will be fruitless. 

Your keyword list becomes your valuable olden nugget on the long run as after each campaign we polish and modified our keywords  with more response and relevance in our product or service. 

The challenge is to find those effective keywords where the buyer is looking with intent of purchase instead of simply  attracting  browsing information seeker particularly in a site that is offering tangible goods or services. 

Working alone or with company?

 

Do you ever feel like you will never get to your goal, you will never arrive, not matter how hard and diligent you work to accomplish such endeavor? Why is this? Could it be self sabotage, low self esteem, undeserving rights to excel in your dreams?

I am at my low point lately, feeling over saturated and tired, physical in pain and with not creative juices to flow. Still hunted on an intense to-do list which seems to never reveal the success to finish it. 

I am happy, of course I am, I am so joyful for my son’s accomplishment, he is graduating to high school in a few dates. His school will have the promotional ceremony which I am so blessed my husband and I can attend. Grandma Mary is visiting and happen to be here in this special time, my son is happy to bring her to his special day. I am so grateful for this great  gift granted from Heavenly Father, I am happy for  my home, and my pets, my clients that blessed me and their business. 

This week we are  concentrating in  learning about the difference aspects of business as legal structures, from sole proprietor, to LLC and partnership, plus the different aspects of taxes which can be daunting and overwhelming  once you know the scoop of the tariff being charge based on the business you will ambition to launch, local, national or international; the information of permits and restrictions plus fees many times based in both countries may apply to your business as well. 

The challenge is to find a viable business that in despite to pay all those taxes, tariff and so fort; the product or service can be still be market for a profit.  Can a small entrepreneur reach such arena or is it being monopolized by the giant corporations? I believe there’s plenty of space to whom with the proper business plan, information and personal business strategy can accomplish such endeavor. 

Proper documentations and financial records is a must, know where is your money and keep eye on that cashflow, be involved and care for your most important assets, your employees and your customers as they are the ones that will help you to get where you ambition to arrive. 

Where do I drive my business at now?

 

This week has been full of information and research,  our instructor has provided us with several resources to analyzed and make the best description to our business needs. It has been intimidating, as I keep thinking sabotage thoughts of “What about if it doesn’t work?” What about if the online platform I used is the inadequate for my product. At some point when uncertainty overwhelms you and paralyzes you on making any decision; It's good practice to take a moment to ponder and rest. Let the ideas settle give a day or two without absorbing more information and let your analytical thinking trigger the best option with the information already gathered.

I can think of a thousand ways I can contract and reconstruct this website, and which server and hosting to use however that excessive thinking will not produce any results until I move to the following stage, the commitment to my final decision on this project.

 The commitment has finally being reached, now I have to work on the mapping on my new site. I am excited and nervous for the new lessons to come in the following weeks.

Dipping into a vast pool of thoughts and creative thinking.

 

I love this class, it has been the most interactive, informative and skilld developed curse  this semester, my most favorite part is the brainstorming process, the group discussions and the openness and enthusiasm of my classmates by asking questions, sharing their ideas and appreciating their suggestions. It is wonderful to be able to spend such time with business minded like individuals voicing their expertise, their fears, their challenges and the strategic approach to the unknown.

 The task to start building what it will be the hardcore of this class has begun, the selection of a domain with strategic business plan intention and purpose, the research of multiple hosting site and platform search continues and the layout to what it will be our final project must be put into place. I love the practice of quantify and compare analysis data, it really helps me visually to brainstorm first and “logistically” move forward with a business plan by analytical selection instead of by objection or personal preference.  This is a practice I am definitely adopting in all my future business plans as it can be incorporated also on a personal living level. The data gathered from this report  simplifies the process if selecting the best business practice in plan however does not make it easy as my personal love for some projects is still strong.

Based on my  quantify and compare analysis the number one on the list is not actually my first choice as my heart is pulling me into the second best. I will need to do more pondering and planning this  weekend to see where I am want to head toward  and accomplish in the upcoming  months.

Opening my eyes to new opportunities, would I be ready to distinguish the new?

 We had seen  in great detail about the inside of two business models: affiliate programs and drop-ship business to be integrated as an e-commerce.

Even tho the both systems had been in place for over a decade with hundreds of successful stories, they are practically new to me.  They both  have the potential to create a fair residual income for start up business entrepreneurs with a  modest capital  investment to nearly none as the affiliate program can be run with an active free blog  and fair amount of traffic. 

 As we move along in our week curse, I have been brainstorming about the type f website I would like to create for this semester. I am leaning to the e-commerce with my art inventory as I have the product already available. I had been also contemplating the possibility to start an affiliate program again, I remember I opened one long time ago with Amazon, and it got shut down because of inactivity; which this is the area I need more research In how to carry on traffic to my affiliate links?  Despite so much information available on the internet nowadays, the reliability source is crucial in every research; this curse had provided with a vast array of links to such subjects with I am avidly immersing in.

Diving into new waters - Moving forward with my Entrepreneur Marketing Class

 

So exciting to move forward to the next semester with my  Marketing class views specifically  Web business creation. This is our second week, and I am required to have a blog, so I am back to my entrepreneur blog to document my progress.

This is the second week into the program and I already earned more than a handful of knowledge in subjects that were unknown to me.

 I am so eager to take this class and very happy I have the opportunity right on the so much needed time.’ I have been pounding my head going around in circles in how I was going to update my websites when the program I used to used is already obsolete. Not only that, but I am old school and so many changes in cyber word happening before I can even grasp one concept to the fullest.  This is the class I will need to earn my  entrepreneur certificate. Woo hoot the first one on the  near horizon.

Something completely new for me this week was diving into the Google Ads, which I had never had the courage to even try as I heard how many people got overcharged by such campaigns. Our instructor is taking us for a journey where we can test the program, and we will be able to put it in practice with a conservative budget by being applied to a real project which is a fantastic and intelligent program. 

Our class seems to be a large group, and we jump right into our  discussion groups  right away which I believe is phenomenal, I love the group discussion because you get to know students with diverse thinking, culture and life experience that influence their project description in interesting angles never perceived otherwise.

One more semester is gone on Small Business Creation.

 

One more semester is gone and there is so much to reflect upon, this has been a very intense curse not in its thematic difficulty but in regard to personal insight and earning knowledge in a considerable way about business, administration, personal management, problem approaching, diversity of business ventures and the main focus to find out the true purpose of our goals, dreams and heart desires. 

Are there all those things in my bucket list really worth pursuing, are they self-indulgence, or they truly have a significative roll in my perpetual growth as human and eternal being I am?  I see life always comes back to the point of departure, we grow and develop and have dreams, dreams to earn money, live well, travel, meet places and people, do the extraordinary and then as time our precious assets is coming to its final destination as experience on this planet, we give everything back, knowledge, experience, wisdom and possessions. We won’t take anything back with us on material aspects but memories, knowledge and the wisdom earned while experience this human body.

 I would like to leave this with you, things I had learned from my time on this earth:

Be happy, I would like to call learning experiences to those difficult moments you will cross and walk  through in your path. There are  moments of serenity and comfort from Heavenly Father to all our children in our times of learning on this earth, but we need to be willing to listen. Search for Him, search for the spiritual things in life and the rest will be bestowed. 

Smile, more and more people are doing it less and less with the passing of times, smile and laughter brightens your soul. Don’t forget to smile, smile at your success, and learn to smile  at these lessons in life, find the humor on lessons learned; there will always be one there hidden waiting to be discovered. 

Believe in your dreams and nurture your imagination; there will be times when you will be felt the loneliest person in the planet but will be momentary. This is part of our growth on learning the other side of the spectrum of loneliness and compassion, so you learn to discern it when people are going through such moments and you can be of some help. 

Love your family and protect them, form an alliance with every single member  of your family, they are the beacon and the strength of your life, they are the first business endeavor where you will learn to negotiate, make a deal and celebrate the winnings. 

I am so grateful for this life and all that I had been blessed to experience, yes there has been moments when I  questioned  the purpose of my stay here but Heavenly Father always, always will lid our path. The holy ghost, our comforter will be there, learn to feel his presence  and recognized his touch. Every life is precious and every soul is known to the Father in Heaven. Take the gift! Enjoy your time in this earth and prosper spiritually and in knowledge, the material gain will come when those things are in balance.
